PERU STATE ECLIPES ENROLLMENT RECORD FROM 2010

              THE PRESIDENT OF PERU STATE COLLEGE SAYS THIS FALL’S FRESHMAN ENROLLMENT NUMBERS ARE THE LARGEST IN THE COLLEGE’S 146 YEAR HISTORY.

 

              ACCORDING TO PRESIDENT DAN HANSON, PERU STATE HAS 266 FRESHMAN ENROLLED IN CLASSES THIS FALL, AN INCREASE OF 28 PERCENT FROM 2012, AND ECLIPSES THE OLD ENROLLMENT RECORD OF 248 FRESHMAN STUDENTS WHO CAME TO PERU STATE IN 2010.

 

              HANSON FEELS THE INCREASE IN ENROLLMENT IS DUE TO A STUDENT CENTERED ENVIROMENT.

              HANSON ALSO SAYS PERU STATE’S AFFORDABILTY, MARKETING TACTICS, AND THE STATES TWO YEAR TUITION FREZZE ALSO ATTRIBUTED TO THE RECORD FRESHMAN CLASS NUMBERS.
