EXHIBIT OPEN NOW THROUGH AUGUST 22ND

       NEBRASKA CITY’S CENTER FOR THE ARTS OPENED UP THEIR NEWEST EXHIBIT ON MONDAY.

 

       THE EXHIBIT “I CAN’T EVEN DRAW A STICK FIGURE SO I DON’T” DONE BY OMAHA ARTIST COURTNEY KENNY, IS NOW ON DISPLAY THE KIMMEL HARDING NELSON CENTER FOR THE ARTS.

 

        KENNY’S EXHBIT ENCOMPASSES WORK SHE HAS DONE WITH ACRYLIC AND CHARCOL DRAWINGS.

 

        EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF KHN JENNI BRANT SAYS CHARCOL HAS BEEN USED SINCE THE DAYS OF CAVEMAN AND IS STILL USED BY ARTISTS TODAY.

 

         BRANT SAYS PEOPLE WILL SEE A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT RANGES OF PIECE WITH THIS EXHIBIT.
