EXHIBIT WILL BE ON DISPLAY UNTIL JUNE 20TH

               THE PUBLIC GOT THEIR FIRST OPPORTUNITY MONDAY TO TAKE IN THE KIMMEL HARDING NELSON CENTER FOR THE ART’S NEWEST EXHIBIT, "EVERY CHURCH IN NEBRASKA CITY."

 

              ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA NATIVE ANDREW ZIMMERMAN SPENT SIX WEEKS IN NEBRASKA CITY LAST SPRING AS A RESIDENT OF THE CENTER, WITH A GOAL OF TRYING TO CAPTURE THE HEART AND SPIRIT OF THE TOWN.

 

              AFTER WALKING AROUND TOWN, HE FOUND THAT THEIR WERE AN ABUNDANCE OF CHURCHES FOR A TOWN OF NEBRASKA CITY SIZE AND STARTED HIS PROJECT OF PHOTOGRAPHING EACH AND EVERYONE.

 

              ZIMMERMAN SAID AT FIRST THE CHURCHES INTEREST IN HIS PROJECT VARIED.

 

              ZIMMERMAN AUDIO:

 

              EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE KIMMEL HARDING NELSON CENTER FOR THE ARTS JENNI BRANT SAYS IT'S BECOMING MORE AND MORE COMMON SEEING ARTIST, SUCH AS ZIMMERMAN,COMING TO NEBRASKA CITY FROM THEIR RESIDENCY.

              YOU CAN SEE THE EXHIBIT, "EVERY CHURCH IN NEBRASKA CITY," AT THE KIMMEL HARDING NELSON CENTER FOR THE ARTS MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY 12- 4 UNTIL JUNE 20TH.

 

              AND BRANT IS INVITING THE PUBLIC TO THE ARTIST RECEPTION ON THURSDAY EVENING FROM 5-7 OUT AT THE CENTER WHERE YOU CAN MEET THE ARTIST ANDREW ZIMMERMAN.
