AUTHORITIES CONFISCATE SEVERAL ITEMS FROM MAN'S HOME

              AN OHIO MAN HAS BEEN ARRESTED AND HAS BEEN CHARGED IN FEDERAL COURT FOR MAKING BOMB THREATS TO AS MANY AS FIVE DIFFERENT STATES IN DURING A FIVE WEEK PERIOD AT THE END OF 2012 INCLUDING CALLING IN BOMB THREATS IN THE KNCY LISTENING AREA.

 

              ACCORDING TO CLEVELAND FBI SPECIAL AGENT VICKI ANDERSON, THEIR OFFICE WAS TIPPED OFF ABOUT THE CASE BY THE KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE DIVISION OF THE FBI, WHO REVEALED THAT A PREPAID CALLING CARD WAS USED TO MAKE A BOMB THREAT IN TENNESSEE ON NOVEMBER 27TH 2012.

 

              ANDERSON SAID BRISTOW TRIED TO COVER UP HIS TRAIL BY BEING TRANSERED BY TELEPHONE OPERATORS.

              ACCORDING TO ANDERSON, A SEARCH WARRANT WAS ISSUED LAST TUESDAY, WHERE SEVERAL THINGS WERE CONFINSCATED.

             AT THE END OF THE DAY ANDERSON SAYS IT FEELS GREAT TO KNOW THE PERSON WHO CAUSE DISRUPTION IN SO MANY PEOPLES DAY FOR OVER A MONTH AND A HALF IS NOW BEHIND BARS.

             BRISTOW HAD HIS FIRST COURT APPERANCE ON THURSDAY IN CLEVELAND FEDERAL COURT, WHICH HAS CHARGED HIM WITH A SINGLE COUNT OF TITLE 18, WHICH IS MAKING FALSE THREATS CONCERNING AN ATTEMPT OF ALLEGE ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR DESTROY ANY BUILDING BY MEANS OF EXPLOSIVES.
