THE UPCOMING ST MARY’S HOSPITAL PROJECT WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF THIS WEEK'S WHAT'S HOT TOPIC AT JANIE'S CONFECTION IN NEBRASKA CITY WEDNESDAY MORNING.

DAN KELLY, PRESIDENT AND CEO OF ST MARY’S HOSPITAL IN NEBRASKA CITY, SAYS A NEW HOSPITAL BUILDING HAS BEEN IN THE DISCUSSIONS AS EARLY AS THE LATE 90'S, BUT HE FEELS NOW IS THE TIME TO MAKE THE SWITCH TO A MORE PATIENT FRIENDLY CAMPUS.

KELLY RECENTLY BOUGHT 30 ACRES OF LAND OUT BY THE OLD GRUNDERMAN AIRPORT IN NEBRASKA CITY TO BUILD THE NEW HOSPITAL ON.

HE SAYS THE 47 MILLION DOLLAR PROJECT WILL FOCUS ON THE PRIMARY NEEDS OF HIS PATIENTS.
