NEBRASKA CITY BIRD LOVER SUE QUINN WILL HELP IDENTIFY BIRDS

              THE LEWIS AND CLARK CENTER IS INVITING THE PUBLIC TO HAVE LUNCH WITH THE BIRDS TODAY AND NEXT FRIDAY OUT AT THE CENTER.

              THE EVENT, CALLED LUNCH WITH THE BIRDS WILL RUN FROM NOON UNTIL 1 EACH DAY.

 

              NEBRASKA CITY RESIDENT SUSAN QUINN, AN AVID BIRD WATCHER FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS, WILL BE ON HAND TO IDENTIFY THE VARIOUS VARIETIES OF BIRDS THAT ARE FEEDING NEAR THE PATIO JUST OUTSIDE THE CENTER.

 

              QUINN SAYS ONE BIRD PEOPLE COULD SEE IS CALLED A TITMOUSE.

              QUINN SAYS THE TITMOUSE IS A SMALL GRAY BIRD FROM THE CHICKADEE FAMILY.
