BILLS REGARD TELLER MACHINES, AG LAND, AND WATER PERMITS

By Nate Gonner 1/14/2013

IT DIDN’T TAKE LONG FOR THE FIRST DISTRICT STATE SENATOR OF THE STATE OF NEBRASKA TO INTRODUCE BILLS FOR CONSIDERATION DURING THE 2013 LEGISLATIVE SESSION.

STATE SENATOR DAN WATERMEIRE INTRODUCED THREE BILLS ON THURSDAY’S, JUST HIS SECOND DAY ON THE JOB DURING HIS DEBUT TERM IN THE LEGISLATURE.

WATERMEIRE INTRODUCED LEGISLATIVE BILL 100 WHICH TALKS ABOUT ELIMINATING A NOTICE REQUIREMENT WITH RESPECT TO AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES, LEGISLATIVE BILL 101 REGARDING CHANGE VALUATION OF AGRICULTURAL LAND AND HORTICULTURAL LAND, AND LEGISLATIVE BILL 102 WHICH TALKS ABOUT CHANGING REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN WATER PERMIT APPLICATIONS.

ALL THREE BILLS ARE CONSIDERED AS REFERALS AT THIS POINT ON THE NEBRASKA LEGISLATIVE WEBSITE.

BILLS CAN BE INTRODUCED DURING THE FIRST TEN DAYS OF THE LEGISLATIVE SESSION.

YOU CAN READ THE BILLS INTRODUCED BY WATERMEIRE OR OTHER STATE SENATORS AT THE NEBRASKA LEGISLATIVE WEBSITE NEBRASKALEGISLATURE.GOV.
